Anchor Engineering Consultants, Inc. provided engineering services for the various clients listed for the following projects:

FindWhat.com Building
Approximately 27,233 square feet of tenant space. Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services. The improvements include standby power generation, raised computer floor with equipotential grounding, Halon fire protection system, dedicated telephone service, and combination power and signal raceways.

Intermodal Transfer Center
A 21,000-square-foot facility, the Intermodal Transfer Center will serve LeeTran and Greyhound bus passengers, those awaiting for taxi services, and may also provide shuttle bus service to Amtrak in Tampa. The terminal building will have ticket counters for LeeTran and Greyhound customers, a waiting lobby, and restrooms, while the outside area will feature covered shelters, taxicab spaces, employee/ customer parking, and a drop-off area.

A 17,000 square foot Mediterranean-inspired multi-use commercial building on Fifth Avenue South in Naples. The first floor will be retail and restaurant space;es on the first second level and three luxury rental apartments on the top floor.
